Nobiagari

Nobiagari Kiitaro is a young boy who lives in a small village in Japan. He is a kind and gentle soul, and he loves to draw pictures. One day, he meets a youkai named Nekomata, who tells him that he is the chosen one who will save the world from the evil youkai. Kiitaro is reluctant at first, but he eventually agrees to help Nekomata. He sets off on an adventure, meeting many different youkai along the way. He learns about their culture and their way of life, and he begins to understand that they are not all bad. Kiitaro eventually comes to realize that the real evil is not the youkai, but the humans who are destroying their home. He fights to protect the youkai and their forest, and he eventually succeeds in driving the humans away. The youkai are grateful to Kiitaro for saving them, and they give him a magical picture diary that allows him to see the world through their eyes. Kiitaro returns to his village, where he is welcomed as a hero. He uses his new power to help the people of the village, and he lives happily ever after.
