Nino and Fuutarou have been friends since childhood, but their relationship has always been strained. Fuutarou is a wealthy and popular boy who often flaunts his status, which Nino finds annoying. Despite this, Nino agreed to attend the party with him because she wanted to spend time with her older brother. As they arrive at the party, Nino notices that Fuutarou is already surrounded by a group of admirers, and she feels even more irritated by his presence. However, as the night progresses and they both start to drink, they find themselves getting lost in conversation and even sharing a few laughs. As they leave the party, Nino realizes that maybe she judged Fuutarou too quickly and that there's more to him than meets the eye.
