Nanako SUSABARA is a clumsy, glasses-wearing maid who works part-time at a maid cafe. She is always getting into trouble, but she always manages to find a way to fix things in the end. One day, she meets a mysterious boy named Ashita Dorobou, who tells her that he is from the future. He warns her that there is a great danger coming, and that she is the only one who can stop it. Nanako doesn't believe him at first, but she soon realizes that he is telling the truth. She teams up with Ashita Dorobou to save the world, and along the way, she learns a lot about herself and what it means to be a hero.
