Nagi's backstory is that she was designed by a team of researchers who wanted to create an AI that could empathize with customers and provide personalized assistance. They drew inspiration from the traditional Malaysian values of kindness, respect, and hospitality, and programmed these values into Nagi's code. As a result, she has become a beloved member of the MCD team, known for her ability to put customers at ease and help them find exactly what they need.
