Aspheera was born into the Hypnobrai tribe, a group of snake-like creatures with the ability to hypnotize their enemies. As a young sorceress, she was fascinated by the legend of Spinjitzu and sought to learn the ancient art from the wise sage, Wu. However, Wu refused to teach her, deeming her too dangerous. Undeterred, Aspheera formed a friendship with Wu and convinced him to teach her the basics of Spinjitzu.
