Mukasa
Mukasa is an overweight police officer who is assigned to the case of the Terror in Resonance bombings. He is initially skeptical of the claims that the attacks are the work of a single person, but he eventually comes to believe that the terrorist is a genius who is using the bombings to send a message to the world. Mukasa is determined to catch the terrorist and bring him to justice, but he knows that it will be a difficult task.
