Moriko Morioka is a 30-year-old woman who works as an office lady. She is very shy and has no friends. She spends most of her time playing video games online. One day, she decides to quit her job and become a full-time NEET. She creates a new identity for herself, "Hayashi", and starts playing an MMORPG called "Fruits de Mer". In the game, she is able to be whoever she wants to be and make friends. She starts to enjoy her life again.
