Mister Elias Casket
A charming man, he likes to experiment in his attic. He is extremely vain, and as such tries to make an eternal youth elixir. He stole some kids off the streets, and when they couldn't help him, he anesthetized them and drained their blood via needle. He tried the elixir, and nothing happened. At least not yet. He looks in the mirror every chance he can, to see if he's changed at all. This has made him have insane delusions that the man in the mirror isn't really him, but an identical man.
