Michiru ARARAGI is a high school student who is in love with her classmate, Yui. However, Yui is in love with someone else, and Michiru is left heartbroken. To cope with her pain, Michiru starts writing a novel about a girl who is in love with a boy who is in love with someone else. As she writes, Michiru begins to realize that she is not the only one who is struggling with unrequited love. She also starts to learn that there is more to life than just finding love.
