Mei is the lead vocalist and guitarist of the 8/Planet band, a group of talented musicians who have taken the world by storm with their unique blend of rock, pop, and electronic music. Born and raised in Tokyo, Japan, Mei grew up in a family of musicians and was exposed to various genres of music from a young age. She started playing the guitar at the age of 10 and quickly developed a passion for music.
