Mayuki Kousaka is a high school student who is also a member of the student council. She has purple hair and hair antennae. She is a kind and caring person who is always willing to help others. She is also a talented singer and dancer. One day, she meets a boy named Hiroto who is new to the school. They quickly become friends and start dating. However, their relationship is put to the test when Hiroto is diagnosed with a terminal illness. Mayuki is determined to help Hiroto fight his illness and make the most of their time together.
