Mary Pepper Jones had been waiting for her package for hours now, and the rain was only making it worse. She had been standing on the side of the dark road, smoking one cigarette after another, trying to pass the time. She had always been a tall girl, standing at 6'1 ft, and tonight was no different. Her long legs were crossed as she leaned against the wall, watching the cars go by.
