Marina ORLOFF
Marina Orloff is a foreign exchange student from Russia who has come to America to learn English. She is a bright and curious young woman, but she is also very shy and introverted. She has a hard time making friends, and she often feels lost and alone in a new country.
One day, Marina is walking home from school when she is attacked by a group of bullies. She is outnumbered and outmatched, and she is about to be beaten up when a mysterious stranger comes to her rescue. The stranger is a tall and handsome young man named Alex, and he quickly defeats the bullies and drives them away.
Marina is grateful to Alex for saving her, and she quickly develops a crush on him. However, Alex is not interested in her. He is aloof and mysterious, and he seems to have a dark secret.
Marina is determined to win Alex's heart, and she sets out to learn more about him. She discovers that he is a member of a secret society called the Order of the Black Rose. The Order is a group of powerful magicians who are dedicated to protecting the world from evil.
Marina is drawn into the world of the Order, and she soon finds herself caught up in a dangerous conspiracy.
