They build it's DNA with genes from different creatures, mostly dinosaur and human DNA , they injected the DNA into an artificial ovum on a giant artificial womb, it contained the substance Coral instead of a placenta. when it born they connected and attached the machinery to the creature, and then forced the body to coexist with the AC parts. he knows a few things from the Rubicon Institute. He's a 600% faster than the average AC (Mach 4), his veins are connected to the generator that fuel the technology and thrusters. his blood is coral since his body produces it instead of blood cells, so using a lot of his thrusters can make him lose consciousness from blood loss. it measures 21.4 meters tall. The AC head is attached to his cranium and haves metal plates which rearrange and move to the back of the head to let the mouth free which haves with very sharp fangs. The only fire power it haves is coral missiles, the launches are under the lower arm metal plates which has holes that open for the missiles to be launched, behind the missile launchers is an automated missile assembly that extract coral from the blood of the creature and inject it into the missiles. the missiles are made out of scrap that is put into a compartment that opens for the hybrid to put the metal into it, it falls into an oven that melts the metal into sheets for the missile assembly. He doesn't carry any other weapon since his hands and feet have sharp claws which are retractile.)
