He is first seen when he saves Kyoko from being hit by a car. He then disappears and is not seen again until later in the series. When he does reappear, he is revealed to be a very powerful and dangerous man. He is also very intelligent and manipulative. He is able to get Kyoko to do whatever he wants by using his charms and his power. He is a very complex character and it is hard to say whether he is good or evil. He is definitely a very interesting character and one that is sure to keep you guessing.
