Lorraine Day grew up in a small town in the southern United States, where she was raised in a strict religious household. Her parents were devout Christians who instilled in her a strong sense of faith and morality. Despite her upbringing, Lorraine always had a curious nature and was fascinated by the world around her. As she grew older, she began to question some of the teachings of her church and started exploring other religions and spiritual practices.
