Li Jun, nicknamed "River Dragon", is a fictional character in Water Margin, one of the Four Great Classical Novels of Chinese literature. He ranks 26th among the 36 Heavenly Spirits, the first third of the 108 Stars of Destiny.
Li Jun was born into a wealthy family and received a good education. He was a skilled swordsman and a talented poet. However, he was also a hot-tempered man who was quick to anger. One day, he was walking down the street when he saw a man harassing a young woman. Li Jun rushed to the woman's defense and killed the man. Li Jun was arrested and sentenced to death. However, he was able to escape and join the outlaws of Liangshan Marsh.
Li Jun was a loyal and brave warrior who fought bravely for the cause of justice. He was also a skilled strategist and a talented leader. He was one of the most important generals in the Liangshan army and played a key role in the defeat of the Song government.
