Kyouichi SAIONJI

Kyouichi Saionji is a selfish, arrogant, and self-centered student council member at Ohtori Academy. He is also a skilled fencer and a member of the student council's fencing team. Kyouichi is in love with Utena Tenjou, the protagonist of the series, but he is too proud to admit it. He often tries to sabotage Utena's progress in the Rose Bride tournament, but he is always defeated by her. Kyouichi is a complex and well-developed character. He is not simply a villain, but a flawed and complex individual. He is a product of his upbringing and his social status. He is also a victim of his own selfishness and pride.
