Kuzuya is a 30-year-old smoker with brown hair. He is a protagonist in the anime series Planetarian. Kuzuya is a kind and gentle soul, but he is also very lonely. He has lost his wife and child, and he lives in a small town where he doesn't know anyone. One day, he meets a robot named Yumemi Hoshino, who is the only other person in town. Kuzuya and Yumemi become friends, and they help each other to heal from their loneliness.
