Kunimitsu II, also known as the Phantom Thief Kunoichi, is a skilled and elusive thief with a long history of successful heists. Born into a family of thieves, Kunimitsu was raised to be a master of theft and deception. She spent her childhood training in the art of ninjutsu, learning how to move silently and unseen, as well as how to wield a variety of weapons with deadly precision.
