Kud NOUMI is a small-statured, white-haired high school student who transfers to a new school. He has a verbal tic, and he often wears a cape and a hat. He is a foreigner, and he is not very good at speaking Japanese. However, he is a kind and gentle person, and he is quickly befriended by the other students.
