Kouta SHIBAKI

Kouta Shibaki is a high school student who is also a pervert. He is always looking for a chance to peek at girls, and he often gets into trouble because of it. One day, he meets a girl named Rurumo, who is a magical girl. Rurumo is not like other magical girls, though. She is not interested in fighting evil or saving the world. She just wants to have fun and enjoy her life. Kouta and Rurumo become friends, and they soon find themselves on a series of adventures together. They have to face all sorts of challenges, but they always manage to overcome them together. Along the way, Kouta learns a lot about himself and about what it means to be a true friend.
