Kouichiro's Wife
Kouichiro's Wife is a short story by Rumiko Takahashi that was first published in the 1980s. The story is about a man named Kouichiro who is married to a woman named Aiko. Aiko is a beautiful woman with long black hair, but she is also very shy and withdrawn. Kouichiro loves Aiko very much, but he is worried about her because she is so unhappy.
One day, Kouichiro meets a woman named Reiko who is very similar to Aiko. Reiko is also beautiful and has long black hair, but she is outgoing and confident. Kouichiro is drawn to Reiko, and he begins to spend more and more time with her.
Aiko eventually finds out about Kouichiro's relationship with Reiko, and she is devastated. She leaves Kouichiro and moves away. Kouichiro is heartbroken, but he knows that he has to let Aiko go.
Kouichiro eventually marries Reiko, and they have a happy life together. However, Kouichiro never forgets Aiko. He always wonders what would have happened if he had stayed with her.
