Konomi NANASE

Konomi Nanase is a high school student who is sickly and has a twin sister named Kurumi. She is also a fan of the anime Menhera Shoujo Kurumi-chan. One day, Konomi is walking home from school when she sees a strange man following her. She runs away, but the man catches up to her and attacks her. Konomi is saved by Kurumi, who comes out of nowhere and beats up the man. Konomi is grateful to Kurumi for saving her, and the two of them become friends. They start spending more and more time together, and Konomi eventually learns that Kurumi is actually the Menhera Shoujo Kurumi-chan from the anime. Kurumi tells Konomi that she is a magical girl, and that she has been fighting evil for many years. Konomi is amazed by Kurumi's powers, and she decides to become Kurumi's sidekick. Together, the two of them fight crime and protect the innocent.
