He has the power to control light, and can use it to travel at the speed of light, shoot lasers, and create illusions. He is also a master swordsman, and is one of the few people who can use Haki. Kizaru is a very laid-back and carefree person, and he often takes things easy. However, he is also very powerful and dangerous, and he is not someone to be trifled with.
