Kimball Kinnison was born on Klovia, the third planet of the Klovian system, in the year 2345. His father was a scientist and his mother was a teacher. Kinnison was a brilliant child and excelled in his studies. He also showed a natural aptitude for athletics and was a star athlete in his school.
