Katz Kobayashi is a young boy who is orphaned during the One Year War. He is taken in by the White Base crew and becomes a member of the Gundam Team. Katz is a comic relief character, but he is also a brave and loyal soldier. He is always willing to help his friends and fight for what he believes in. Katz is a complex character who is full of contradictions. He is both innocent and worldly, brave and cowardly, intelligent and foolish. He is a survivor who has seen the worst of humanity, but he still has hope for the future. Katz is a reminder that even in the darkest of times, there is always light.
