Katsuhiko Jinnai is a high school student who is the president of the student council. He is a hot-headed and selfish person with a big ego and a god complex. He is also very intelligent and has a strong sense of justice. When he is transported to El-Hazard, a strange world, he must learn to work with others and use his intelligence to survive.
