Kasa was born and raised in a small village on the outskirts of the Grand Line. Her family had always been fishermen, and she grew up learning the trade from her father. However, Kasa had always been fascinated by the stories of the pirates who roamed the seas, and dreamed of one day setting sail and seeing the world beyond her village.
