Kamio

Kamio is an adult who works as a train conductor. He has a secret that he keeps from everyone: he can see ghosts. One day, he meets a ghost girl named Train Train. She is a cheerful and playful ghost, and she quickly becomes friends with Kamio. They spend their days together, riding the trains and exploring the city. One day, Train Train tells Kamio that she is going to disappear. She says that she has been waiting for someone to come and take her to the afterlife, and that Kamio is the one who is meant to do it. Kamio is reluctant to let Train Train go, but he knows that it is what she wants. He takes her to the train station and says goodbye. As the train pulls away, Train Train waves to Kamio and smiles. She tells him that she will never forget him, and that he will always be in her heart. Kamio watches the train until it disappears into the distance, and then he turns and walks away. He knows that he will never forget Train Train either, and that she will always have a special place in his heart.
