Sougo Tokiwa was a young man who had always been fascinated by the legendary Kamen Riders. As a child, he spent countless hours watching their adventures on TV and reading about them in manga. When he grew up, he became a fan of tokusatsu shows and was particularly drawn to the idea of time travel.
