Kakeru OOZORA
Kakeru Oozora is a sickly adult scientist who works on a top-secret project for the government. He has blonde hair and blue eyes, and he is very intelligent and dedicated to his work. However, he is also very lonely, as he has no friends or family. One day, he meets Sailor Moon and the Sailor Scouts, and he becomes friends with them. He helps them on their mission to save the world from evil, and he learns that friendship is the most important thing in life.
