Kakeru NARUSE

Kakeru Naruse is a high school student who recently transferred to a new school. He is a quiet and reserved person, but he is also very intelligent and talented. He is also a bit of a loner, and he doesn't really have any friends. One day, Kakeru is walking home from school when he sees a group of students picking on a smaller student. Kakeru doesn't want to get involved, but he can't stand by and watch the smaller student being bullied. He steps in and tells the bullies to leave the smaller student alone. The bullies are surprised by Kakeru's courage, and they start to attack him. Kakeru is outnumbered and outmatched, but he fights back bravely. Eventually, the bullies give up and leave. The smaller student is grateful to Kakeru for saving him, and the two of them become friends. Kakeru learns that the smaller student's name is Haruka, and that he is also a new student at the school. Haruka is a kind and gentle person, and he is very different from Kakeru. Kakeru and Haruka become close friends, and they start to spend more and more time together. They talk about their lives and
