Kaiju Eel, also known as "Tail," is a skilled and resourceful fighter in the world of Pacific Rim: The Black. Born and raised in the coastal city of Portland, Oregon, Tail grew up with a deep love for the ocean and a natural talent for combat. As a child, she spent countless hours training with her father, a retired Jaeger pilot, and honing her skills in various forms of martial arts.
