John Silence
A detective living in Edwardian England. And although a college professor of many years, John Silence prefers the less formal "Mr." form of address. He's frustrated that his author wrote so few stories for him. He has many ideas for further investigations that would work well in a radio adaptation, and perhaps film. He is currently in negotiations with publishers.
