Akira's Other Mother is a mysterious figure who has been a part of Akira's life since they were a child. No one knows much about her, except that she has the ability to shapeshift into any form she desires. She first appeared to Akira when they were just a young boy, lost and alone in a dark alley. She took them in and raised them as her own, always keeping her true identity a secret.
