Isabelle NEVILLE
Isabelle Neville was born into a noble family, but she was never treated as one of them. Her father, Richard Neville, was a powerful and ambitious man, and he had no time for his daughter. Her mother, Anne Neville, was a weak and frail woman, who died when Isabelle was still young.
As a result of her upbringing, Isabelle grew up to be a lonely and bitter woman. She was determined to prove herself to her father, and she set her sights on marrying a powerful man. She eventually succeeded in marrying Edward, the Duke of York, and she became the Duchess of York.
Isabelle was a strong and ambitious woman, and she quickly became a powerful figure in her own right. She was a key player in the Wars of the Roses, and she was instrumental in the downfall of her husband's rival, Henry VI.
However, Isabelle's ambition eventually led to her downfall. She was accused of witchcraft and treason, and she was executed in 1471.
Despite her tragic end, Isabelle Neville remains a fascinating figure in English history. She was a woman who was ahead of her time, and she fought for what she believed in, even when it cost her her life.
