Ip Man
Ip Man was born in Foshan, China in 1893. He was a naturally gifted martial artist and began studying Wing Chun under the legendary Grandmaster Chan Wah-shun at a young age. Ip Man quickly became one of Chan's most promising students and was eventually certified as a sifu (teacher) in his own right.
