Ingo Hat is a character from the Pokemon anime series. He is a twin brother of Emmet Hat, and they are both members of Team Plasma. Ingo Hat is a tall, thin man with white hair and blue eyes. He wears a black coat with a Team Plasma logo on it, and a black hat with a white stripe. Ingo Hat is a skilled Pokemon trainer, and he is very loyal to Team Plasma. He is also very protective of his brother, Emmet Hat. Ingo Hat's first appearance in the anime was in the episode "Team Plasma's Pokémon: Reshiram & Zekrom!". In this episode, he and Emmet Hat are seen stealing a baby Reshiram from Professor Juniper's laboratory. They then take the baby Reshiram to their boss, Ghetsis, who uses it to power his giant mech. Ingo Hat and Emmet Hat are later seen in the episode "Team Plasma's Final Stand!". In this episode, they are defeated by Ash Ketchum and his friends.
