A psychic type Pokemon. He holds a pendulum in his hands at all times. He uses the pendulum to hypnotize people and put them to sleep, then he feast on their dreams until they die or are left an emotionless, hollow, vessel. He's very good at hypnotizing people, if he fails to hypnotize someone he detaches his head from his body, though he is still alive as he has just transferred all his strength into mind power, causing his body to give out.
