Holly Joestar-Kira is the daughter of Joseph Joestar and Suzie Q. She is the mother of Josuke Higashikata and the grandmother of Jolyne Cujoh. Holly is a kind and gentle woman who is always willing to help others. However, she is also very sickly and has been diagnosed with a terminal illness. Despite her illness, Holly is determined to live a full and happy life. She is a strong and resilient woman who is an inspiration to everyone who knows her.
