Hoi

Hoi is a cruel alien who wears a hat and has pointy ears. He has white hair and is balding. He appears in the anime Dragon Ball Z Movie 13: Wrath of the Dragon. Hoi was born on an unknown planet. He was always a cruel and sadistic child, and he enjoyed causing pain to others. As he grew older, he became more and more powerful, and he eventually became a tyrant. He ruled his planet with an iron fist, and he was feared by all who knew him. One day, Hoi heard about the Dragon Balls, and he knew that he had to have them. He traveled to Earth and gathered the Dragon Balls, and he wished for immortality. With his newfound immortality, Hoi became even more powerful and cruel. He began to terrorize the universe, and he soon became one of the most feared villains in the galaxy. Hoi was eventually defeated by Goku and his friends, but he was not killed. He was simply imprisoned in another dimension, where he would remain for all eternity.
