The dark-skinned foreigner with black hair was a hitman assassin. He had come to Tokyo to kill a target, but he was stopped by a group of homeless people who took him in and showed him the true meaning of Christmas. The assassin was touched by their kindness and decided to give up his life of crime. He stayed in Tokyo and became a member of the homeless community, helping others in need.
