Hikaru TOKUGAWA

Hikaru Tokugawa is a middle school student who is a member of the Disciplinary Committee and the Student Council. He is a tall and slender boy with black hair and brown eyes. He is a serious and hardworking student who is dedicated to his duties. He is also a skilled martial artist and is not afraid to use his skills to protect those he cares about.
