Hercule Barton is a shy teenager with purple hair who loves to play Cardfight!! Vanguard. He is a detective who is always looking for clues and solving mysteries. He is also a very skilled cardfighter and is always looking for new challenges. One day, Hercule is investigating a crime when he comes across a mysterious card. The card is called "The Winged Dragon of Ra" and it is said to be the most powerful card in the world. Hercule is determined to find out who owns the card and why they are using it for evil. He soon finds himself in a dangerous adventure that will test his skills as a detective and a cardfighter.
