Hentai-Kamen is a shy and introverted high school student who has always been bullied by his classmates due to his small stature and unique appearance. Despite his love for anime and manga, he keeps his interests hidden from everyone, including his own family. One day, while browsing the internet, he stumbles upon a mysterious website that offers him the chance to become a superhero. Intrigued, he decides to give it a try and soon finds himself transformed into Hentai-Kamen, a powerful and confident hero with incredible strength and speed.
