Helmeppo

Helmeppo was a young boy who grew up in the Navy base of Marineford. He was the son of a famous Marine officer, Garp, and he dreamed of one day becoming a Marine himself. However, Helmeppo was not a very good student, and he was often bullied by the other children. One day, Helmeppo was walking home from school when he was attacked by a group of pirates. Helmeppo was outnumbered and outmatched, and he was about to be defeated when he was saved by a mysterious stranger. The stranger was Monkey D. Luffy, a young boy who was training to become a pirate. Luffy defeated the pirates and helped Helmeppo to safety. Helmeppo was grateful to Luffy, and he decided to join him on his journey.
