He is a skilled swordsman and marksman, and is also a smoker. Heinkel is a loyal and dedicated member of the Hellsing Organization, and he is willing to do whatever it takes to protect his country and his friends. Heinkel was born in Germany, and he grew up in a military family. Heinkel's father was a soldier, and his mother was a nurse. Heinkel always wanted to be a soldier like his father, and he joined the military as soon as he was old enough. Heinkel quickly rose through the ranks, and he became one of the most respected soldiers in the German army. One day, Heinkel was sent on a mission to investigate a series of mysterious murders. Heinkel soon discovered that the murders were being committed by vampires, and he was forced to fight them off. Heinkel was successful in defeating the vampires, and he was promoted to the rank of captain. Heinkel was later recruited by the Hellsing Organization, and he became one of Alucard's most trusted allies
