Heiji KOZENIGATA
Heiji Kozenigata is a police detective in the Shinsengumi. He is a tall, muscular man with black hair, a topknot, and a goatee. He wears sunglasses and a police uniform. He is a heavy drinker and a smoker. He is a skilled detective and is known for his quick wit and sharp tongue. He is also a bit of a hothead and is not afraid to use violence when necessary. Heiji is a complex character who is both charming and dangerous. He is a force to be reckoned with and is one of the most popular characters in the Gintama anime.
