Hei is a grey-haired animal who appears in the Dragon Ball Z Movie 11: Bio-Broly. He is a member of the Bio-Warriors, a group of genetically engineered warriors created by Dr. Gero. Hei is a skilled fighter and is able to use his tail to attack his opponents. He is also able to fire energy blasts from his mouth. Hei is a loyal soldier to Dr. Gero and is willing to do whatever it takes to complete his mission. He is a formidable opponent and is one of the strongest members of the Bio-Warriors.
